Stell Blues Cafe' is a family owned and operated restaurant that offers carefully prepared and served "New American Comfort Food." We have been a Kihei Favorite with both locals and tourists for eleven years and in 2003 we moved to a beautiful and spacious building in the Azeka II mall. We serve a variety of dishes using the freshest ingredients from locally grown upcountry produce to Maui Cattle Company beef raised on the slopes of Haleakala Crater. Stella Blues Cafe' is an affordable restaurant with a friendly wait staff, the kind of place you keep coming back to. Stop in and get out of the heat in the air conditioned dinning room, check out the outdoor lanai seating with a mountain view or take a seat at the bar and watch our chef and his staff work their magic in the exhibition kitchen. Stella Blues Cafe' has a complete and delicious late night menu and also offers a complete game. Private Catering For over a decade Stella Blues Cafe has been serving home style meals using the freshest ingredients available. In June of 2003 we moved into our new grand location at 1279 S. Kihei Rd. We are proud to now offer full scale catering services for your special occasions. In house we offer an intimate private dining room for your meetings or parties. Anything from formal four course dinners to casual baby showers. We love to host rehearsal dinners. This room can accommodate up to fifty people. Our staff will customize and print a personalized menu to fit any occasion.
	Inclusions: Estimates vary depending on guest count. A final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. Prices are subject to change based on revisions to the menu, guest count or other changes in specified items. A deposit of 20% of this estimate is required to secure this date. The balance of the contract must be paid in full at the time of the event. Notes: Service Charges: 5 hour minimum billing Servers $20/hr Chefs $30/hr Scullery $15/hr (gratuity is at your discretion) Bar Services: Liquor is to be purchased directly by the client. We will be happy to do the shopping for you. 5 hour minimum billing Bartenders $30/hr Servers $20/hr (gratuity is at your discretion) Rental Pricing: Estimates vary per event. Specific info needed: The rental fee for the private dining room is $50 / hour. If the total bill reaches a minimum of $500 this rental fee will be waived. You will feel the warmth and hospitality that comes from being a family owned and operated restaurant each time you visit.
